By accessing or using Bashfield (the website at bashfield.com and our mobile apps), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bashfield is an online platform that helps people in Iraq discover, post, and message about properties for rent or sale. We are a technology platform, not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users. You are responsible for verifying listings, meeting other users, and completing any deal off-platform or on your own terms.

You sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. There is no separate sign-up form. A new account is created the first time you continue. Using the same verified email across providers keeps one account; different emails (including Apple Hide My Email) may create separate accounts.

You must provide accurate profile and listing information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may post property listings that are truthful, lawful, and yours to offer or that you are authorized to advertise. Do not post fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or harmful content. Do not infringe others’ rights or upload illegal material.

You grant Bashfield a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote content you submit so we can operate the service. You retain ownership of your content.

Be respectful in messages. Do not harass, spam, scam, or use Bashfield for unlawful purposes. We may review reports and take action on accounts or content that violate these terms or our policies.

Listings may be reviewed before or after publication. We may remove, reject, or restrict content or accounts that we believe violate these terms, harm users, or create legal or security risk, with or without notice.

Listings are provided by users. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, title, condition, or legality of any property. Use Bashfield at your own risk and conduct your own due diligence before paying deposits, signing contracts, or visiting properties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bashfield and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions or interactions between users.

You may stop using Bashfield at any time and delete your account in Profile → Settings → Advanced. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
